Item Description

Fully refurbished Stryker 810 Autopsy / Necropsy Saw. This unit has undergone a complete ground-up teardown, deep cleaning, component replacement, and mechanical rebuild.

Unlike typical surplus units sold “as-is” or merely “power-tested,” this saw has been thoroughly overhauled to ensure reliable, high-torque performance under heavy daily use in pathology, mortuary, or veterinary settings.

Detailed Refurbishment & Rebuild Summary

Every unit is fully disassembled down to the bare housing, ultrasonically cleaned, and rebuilt using fresh components, seals, and hardware:

• Ultrasonic Bath Cleaning: Complete exterior housing and internal cavity disassembled and deep-cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove all residual oils, debris, and contaminants.

• Electrical System:

  • Brand-new heavy-duty power cord

  • Brand-new power switch

  • Armature fully inspected, cleaned, and performance-tested

  • Field coil inspected, cleaned, and tested for proper resistance

• Mechanical Drive & Head Assembly:

  • Brand-new upper and lower main bearings

  • Brand-new needle bearings installed

  • Brand-new drive cam and link assembly

  • Refurbished head/shaft assembly, re-greased/lubricated with fresh high-performance grease

  • Brand-new drive head oil seal

• Housing & Enclosure Seals:

  • Brand-new body housing gasket installed

  • Reassembled with all new stainless steel hardware (rust/corrosion resistant)

Operational Verification & Testing

Prior to listing, each saw undergoes a comprehensive bench test:

1. Mechanical Run-In: Checked for smooth drive oscillation, normal operating temperature, and proper sound profile without excessive vibration.

2. Electrical Safety Inspection: Handpiece inspected to ensure ground continuity, proper insulation integrity, and stable current draw under load.
